My Baby Blue Blankie
by Lauren Malaszowski

I have a baby blue blankie.
I hold it with care.
I love it, I love it,
and I don't want to share!
When I was just two,
I lost it and cried!
When I couldn't find it,
I just had to hide.
Mommy had slipped it in the laundry
so it could get clean,
When she took it out
I just about screamed!!!
I am old now and I don't need it.
Good Bye Blankie, leave!
BEAT IT!
