i am the hawk
watching the mating flight of thunder
chasing lightening
watching as their passion mounts
the release cumming
as the hard driven male raincleansing the earth
i float down in their
exhaustion
becoming again myself once again
the release of their tender
tears
the soft female rain dripping from my fur
nourishing the earth's
green as i pad quietly through my paths
