Some Times

by Donna Wallace

Sometimes the best stories are not written

they are lived

Sometimes the best Fairy Tales

are the ones you watch enfold before your eyes

Sometimes your best friend can become

your Prince Charming

And that girl you met in seventh grade

can become Cinderella

Sometimes life really is worth living

not just watching life go by

But jumping in—with both feet

Splash! Enjoying the Splash!

Sometimes, when we are so bold

we can carve our own name in lights

Serenading the stars, and angels

living the line…

"And they lived happily ever after"

Something to strive for, after all…
